Public Safety As a past Law Enforcement officer and Fire District Emergency Medical dispatcher I have a high regard for the importance of public safety. No community is immune to criminals and disaster. We have to be prepared to handle such emergencies. That preparation includes ensuring our safety authorities have the right tools to do the job today and training citizens how they can help their neighbors and citizens. I do not believe passing laws that tread on individual rights for good of a few is the correct course of action. I am a strong supporter of Law Abiding citizen's
