Cultural Events

To be a whole community you must balance safety, recreation, and infrastructure with culture.

Cultural events bring people together in a manner no other forum does.

It stimulates the mind and calms the soul. It becomes the heart beat of a community. I whole heartedly support development and delivery of cultural events in a variety of venues.

I am committed to continue working with the SCFD, and other communities to ensure we have viable cultural opportunities in Douglas County.
